Biting into a crisp, juicy apple is a satisfying pleasure, but Sweet Apple Temptations combines the queen-of-the-orchard with sweetness and baking spices to create apple desserts that taste as though they’ve been kissed by angels. You'll be asking, "Which should I make first, Tart Apple S’mores, Sinful Chocolate Applesauce Tiramisu, or Pineapple Plantation Apple Crisp?" Maybe reading what other have made will help you decide.

Testimonials:
"I have a love affair with apples, so Sweet Apple Temptations is a "one-stop" apple dessert shopping spree for me! It's comprehensive and I need not look anywhere else for my apple dessert making ideas."
Denise von Pressentin, Seattle, WA

"I love Sweet Apple Temptations, and my friends and family have loved receiving it as a gift. The Applesauce Peanut Butter Bars and the Guilt-free Applesauce Cranberry Squares are both excellent. I haven't made any pies from the book as my mom set that bar way too high!" Carol Fjelseth, Albuquerque, NM

"Where else, other than Sweet Apple Temptations, can you find so many delicious apple dessert recipes? With great success, I have tried many of the recipes and I look forward to trying more. I especially enjoyed making Cindy's Home-Canned Apple Pie Filling, it's great to have on hand for a quick pie or apple crisp. CB's Signature Apple Dumplings on page 232 are yummy! This is old-fashioned home cooking at its best."
April Poirier, Auburn, WA

"I wanted to make a special apple pie for my husband, Bill. I flipped through Sweet Apple Temptations and decided on April's Blue Ribbon Sour Cream Apple Pie. I thought sour cream and apples sounded like an interesting combination. Needless to say the pie was absolutely wonderful! I have used this recipe again and again and always get compliments on its yumminess! Thank you, Cynthia Briggs, for publishing Sweet Apple Temptations." Peggy Bendush, Blackfoot, ID

"Sweet Apple Temptations is a yummy collection of recipes with a lot of heart baked into them." Diana Lewis, Las Cruces, NM

"If you're like me and desserts are your favorite part of the meal, you'll absolutely love Cynthia Briggs' apple dessert cookbook Sweet Apple Temptations. I've had the culinary pleasure of making and eating Cynthia's Island Style Apple Pineapple Cake (see recipe below), it's an easy-to-follow recipe that can be prepared at the last minute. Nothing creates warmth and coziness in your kitchen like the sweet and tangy aroma of an apple dessert baking in the oven; Cynthia's apple desserts fill your house with the sweet rememberances of home!" Rita Sickles, Rio Rancho, NM
